Today was one of those days that reminded me why I do what I do. It was such a powerful experience to give these incarnated young girls exercises from my book Mirror Reflections to work on. Watching them engage, reflect, and begin their journey of self-discovery was incredible. Before I left, I made sure to sign each packet with a personal message, hoping to inspire them as they continue to grow and heal.
Though I’m exhausted and didn’t get a chance to set up for tomorrow’s event, I wouldn’t trade a single moment of today. Every second spent pouring into these young lives was priceless. This work matters—showing up, giving our all, and leaving a lasting impact. It’s not always easy, but every hug from each was a clear reminder that it is always worth it.
