Where Bold Meets Beautiful: New York’s Unforgettable Blueprint Experience
New York Recap: Bold & the BeYOUtiful Blueprint
New York… you showed OUT. And when we say this stop of the Girls Who Brunch Tour was dope, we mean every single moment was filled with purpose, power, and pure magic.
From the second our girls walked through the doors, it was a whole experience—energy high, confidence rising, and a room full of future leaders ready to step into their greatness.

Opening Energy & Powerful Welcome
The day kicked off with connection, laughter, and community as the girls checked in, explored vendors, and jumped into an icebreaker and hype session led by Benzi Diaz that instantly set the tone.
The official welcome brought the room to life with:
A powerful welcome from New York State Assemblyman Kwani B. O’Pharrow

Dr. Ni’Cola Mitchell took the stage to recognize sponsors, community partners, and every girl in the room, reminding them that they are seen, valued, and capable of becoming more than they ever imagined.
Mind, Body & Safety First
We don’t just talk empowerment, we live it.
Fitness Segment: Led by Francyna Evins, blending health, discipline, and confidence
Safety Segment: Benzi Diaz delivered real, necessary tools on self-defense and awareness, because strong girls become powerful women, and that includes knowing how to protect both your peace and your person.

Bold & the BeYOUtiful Blueprint Panel
Moderated by Dr. Ni’Cola Mitchell, this panel was everything.
Featuring:
Latesha Walker
Donyshia Boston-Hill
Shardae Cunningham
Cindy O’Pharrow
Dionne A. Jaggon
These women didn’t just speak, they poured. Real stories, real journeys, and real gems that the girls could take and apply immediately.

Food, Fellowship & Expression
The girls enjoyed lunch together, inspired by a moving spoken-word performance by Janiya Bryan, which served as a reminder that their voices matter and their stories deserve to be heard.
Life-Saving Skills
In a powerful and practical session, Tim Davis (EMT) led CPR training, emphasizing that empowerment also means being equipped to save lives.

Closing the Experience
We wrapped the day with joy, reflection, and connection. Girls visiting vendors, taking photos, and leaving with more than just swag bags… they left with tools, confidence, and a renewed sense of who they are.
Final Thoughts
New York didn’t just host an event; we built a moment.
A moment where girls felt seen.A moment where they found their voice.A moment where they realized… they are the blueprint.
And if you weren’t in the room, you missed something special.
But don’t worry… we’re just getting started.
